About Us!

Paul and Catherine are proud graduates of the University of Texas at Austin. They lost touch for a little while, but fell in love during a whirlwind courtship in 2005. They were married in Austin on a warm July morning in 2006.

Paul grew up in Denton, TX. He graduated from UT in 2000 and joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in January 2001. He has served with Crusade in South Texas for the last five years, and has participated in short-term mission trips to places as far and wide as Panama City Beach, FL; Monterrey, Mexico; New York City; and East Asia. He loves music, history, and baking chocolate chip cookies. And, no, he’s not as dorky as that makes him sound! Well… maybe.

Catherine claims Friendswood, TX as home, and she graduated from the University of Texas in 2003. Upon graduating, she high-tailed it to East Asia, where she spent the better part of two years working with Campus Crusade to bring the life-changing news of Jesus Christ to the students she met and came to love. She enjoys knitting, wearing brightly colored wigs, and eating Xi Hong Shi Chao Gi Dan.
